Quality Assurance
Standards met. Defects prevented. Customers delighted.
Quality Assurance isn't a department — it's an organizational philosophy. We build quality management systems compliant with the strictest standards (ISO, IATF, AS) but that don't suffocate the business. Quality that sells, not just satisfies the auditor.
Benefits for your organization
Certification obtained/maintained
ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, AS 9100. Preparation and audit passage with high success rates.
Quality built-in, not inspected-in
Quality is produced, not sorted. Incapable processes give defects no matter how many inspectors you have.
Cost of Quality controlled
We measure the cost of defects (internal + external) and systematically reduce it.
Customer trust
Customers (especially automotive, aerospace, medical) demand evidence. We provide it.
What's included
ISO 9001 implementation
Zero to certification in 4-6 months. Documentation, training, internal audits, external audit prep.
IATF 16949 (automotive)
The automotive standard — with all specific requirements (PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC).
FMEA — Design & Process
Proactive identification of failure modes, risk assessment (RPN), control plans.
APQP & PPAP
New product approval process — essential for automotive OEMs.
SPC — Statistical Process Control
Statistical monitoring of critical processes. Detect variations before defects appear.
8D & Root Cause Analysis
Structured response to complaints. Root cause, corrective actions, lessons learned.
Our process
Gap analysis
Compare current system to target standard. Identify what exists and what's missing.
Implementation plan
Roadmap with milestones, responsibilities, required training.
Documentation & training
Processes, procedures, work instructions. Tiered training.
Internal audit & corrections
Trained internal auditors. Full audit. Corrective actions.
Certification audit
Final prep. Support during external audit.
Who it's for
Companies seeking ISO/IATF certification for the first time — or already certified but finding the existing system cumbersome. Manufacturers selling into automotive, aerospace, medical. Suppliers wanting to enter OEMs.
Typical results
- Pass certification audit on first attempt
- Reduce PPM (parts per million defective) by 50-80%
- Cut customer complaint costs by 40-60%
- Quality system used daily, not just at audit time
Frequently asked questions
How long does ISO 9001 implementation from scratch take?
4-6 months for a 50-200 person company. Longer for complex organizations. Shorter for small ones or with already good processes.
We have ISO but feel it's a burden. What now?
That means the system was implemented for audit, not business. We restructure it to produce value. Well-done quality REDUCES costs, doesn't add them.
Can we pass IATF without help?
Technically yes. In practice, rarely. IATF is much stricter than ISO. I recommend at least pre-audit consulting.
Do you work with specific standards (ISO 13485, ISO 45001)?
Yes. We implement and integrate: 9001, 14001, 45001, 13485, AS 9100, ISO 27001 (when applicable together).
