Performance Management
Clear goals. KPIs that matter. Disciplined execution.
Performance Management is the system that links organizational strategy to the daily work of each team. We use proven frameworks (OKR, Balanced Scorecard, KPI) to ensure that what matters is measured — and that what's measured is acted on.
Benefits for your organization
Strategy becomes actionable
Goals cascade from company level down to teams, without getting lost along the way.
Focus on what matters
Fewer KPIs, more clarity. We decouple activity from outcome.
Productive conversations
QBRs and 1:1s based on concrete data, not impressions.
Accountability culture
Everyone knows what to do, by when, and why. With support, not blame.

Frequently asked questions
OKR vs KPI vs Balanced Scorecard — which is best?
They're not competing. OKR is excellent for ambition and alignment. KPI for operational health. BSC for holistic vision. We usually combine 2 of 3.
How long does implementation take?
First functional OKR cycle: 8-10 weeks. Full system maturity: 12-18 months. But you start seeing value in the first 90 days.
How do we avoid OKRs becoming bureaucracy?
Maximum 3-5 OKRs per team. Short weekly review (15 min). And the principle: if you hit 100% of OKRs, you didn't set the bar high enough.
We already have some KPIs. Do we have to throw them out?
No. We review them together. Probably 60-70% are useful, the rest are vanity metrics, duplicates, or no longer relevant.
